What matters to you at work?

For me, a pleasant work atmosphere. Relationship with colleagues is a required factor in keeping a job or not. If you hate the feeling of being at work, consider the fact that you stay there at least 8 hours every day and 5 days per week.

If someone tells you that work and family stuff can be separated, he is wrong. Even if you’re trying to do it, you’ll go home angry, unhappy, with low energy, and it’s not healthy for you and your family.

Regarding the boss, it doesn’t matter how well you get along. Anyway, you will not work together every minute of the day. Yes, it would be nice to have a leader as boss. One who loves work and you can learn so much from him. But, as always, not permanently is the case. Losers exist.

Also, I prefer the work to be close to home. I hate to waste time in traffic four hours a day crossing the city from one side to the other.

And money is nice to have, but I care more about my sanity.
