Two-faced person and the other side of the coin

Yesterday I was just a stupid boy for you. My ideas and advice weren’t good enough.

Today I have a job that you respect, and because of that, you speak with me with sir and ask for my guidance. But I assure you that I am the same as yesterday. I didn’t change or take that job overnight.

The ideas from yesterday made me the person from today. And today, I’ve learned for tomorrow not to change my belief overnight.
