The state of the workplace after lockdown

After two years of pandemics and lockdown, we hoped that by getting rid of covid, our lives would get back to "normal". But no, Russia started a war with Ukraine and the economy it's even more in negative growth. (That's how economists like to say, negative growth. When it's f**king loss and recession).

What I want to say; Now as ever, it's time to take care of your employees and open more ways of communication with them. I see at my workplace that people are more detached from work and more concerned about their lives and how to get through this economic crisis. And because of that, the quality of work decreases.

The wages are almost the same as before all this chaos, inflation is high, clients have more complaints about our products and prices of raw materials are high in the sky.
